About the Conference

The Congress of the Brazilian Society for Microscopy and Microanalysis (SBMM) is the largest and most comprehensive multidisciplinary conference of microscopy and microanalysis in Brazil and Latin America. It integrates researchers of different areas and industry specialists in order to discuss current problems of importance.

According to the tradition observed in the preceding congresses of the SBMM, the XXII SBMM will provide a stimulating environment for the discussion of multidisciplinary themes, with benefits for the biological, medical, materials and forensic research, in the form of symposia and work themed meetings. The process for submitting manuscripts to be presented at the XXII SBMM is open until the 4th August.
