Registration (For international participants)

Registration Fee includes:
Registration package (conference bag, program, etc), access to Scientific Sessions, Exhibition, Coffee Breaks, access to Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception.
Accompanying Fee includes: Opening Ceremony and Coffee Breaks.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1. Registration payment can be made via credit card (Visa or Master only), or bank draft.
Credit card payment: Visa/Mastercard

2. All Bank/Demand Drafts should be made payable to “SBMM 2009” and mail to the conference Secretariat at the following address.

Kindly indicate your name, contact number and name of the conference (SBMM 2009) at the back of bank draft.

3. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are to be made in writing or by fax to Conference Secretariat. Payment regarding registration fees, accompanying persons’ programme will be refunded as follows:
Cancellation received before August 20, 2009: 75% refund **
Cancellation received after August 20, 2009: no refund

** All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
Students attendees should send copies of proof document - which will be valid until the end of the event - by fax (55) (21) 2215-4476 or by e-mail (sbmm@gapcongressos.com.br) to conference secretariat. If the attendees don’t submit this document will be marked on their registration form and in the beginning of the event will be charged the difference in value.
